smart goals version 2.0

SMART goals are a framework for setting objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Timely. This method helps turn vague ideas into clear, actionable tasks with a deadline, making them easier to track and achieve.

This video explains how to set SMART goals:
Specific
  • Clearly define what you want to accomplish. Avoid vague goals like "Be Healthy" or "Do Good".
Measurable
  • Establish -1- how you will track progress and -2- know when you have reached your goal. Quantify your objective with metrics, such as a percentage, a number, or a specific result.
Actionable
  • Develop an action plan. Determine what steps you can take to make progress towards the desired result.
Relevant
  • Confirm the goal aligns with your overall objectives and values. It should be important to you and make sense in the context of your larger plans.
Timely
  • Set both a schedule for feedback as well as a clear deadline for completing the goal.
