Specific
- Clearly define what you want to accomplish. Avoid vague goals like "Be Healthy" or "Do Good".
- Establish -1- how you will track progress and -2- know when you have reached your goal. Quantify your objective with metrics, such as a percentage, a number, or a specific result.
- Develop an action plan. Determine what steps you can take to make progress towards the desired result.
- Confirm the goal aligns with your overall objectives and values. It should be important to you and make sense in the context of your larger plans.
- Set both a schedule for feedback as well as a clear deadline for completing the goal.
